Fursuit Prices
These are the starting prices for a custom commission with us. These prices reflect a simple 2-colour character and will increase with complexity, for a more accurate price please submit a quote form when we are open for more projects!
Head - £2300+
Mini Partial - £2900+
Full Partial - £3400+
Plantigrade Fullsuit - £4200+
Digitigrade Fullsuit - £4800+
All prices are in GBP, the cost of shipping is not included.
Terms of Service
Please read the following document in its entirety before you make a purchase with Toshi Toki. You will be liable for breach of contract if you do not.Payment- You must be over 18 years of age to make a purchase from us.
We only accept payment through UK bank transfer or via SumUp invoice.
- Shipping will be calculated separately and added on top of the listed price of an item.
- A 40% deposit is required upon acceptance of purchase, this will be non-refundable once materials have been purchased.
- Short payment plans are accepted, and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- No items will be shipped out before they have been fully paid off.
- If you have requested a payment plan, you are responsible for meeting the payment deadlines unprompted. We recommend making a calendar notification for this.
- If you are unable to make a payment towards your payment plan, you are required to tell us with as much notice as possible, with good reason. Failure to give notice for a missed payment may result in you being refunded and commission cancelled.Repairs- We offer a ‘First Convention’ guarantee. This will cover fixes to any small wear and tear issues after being worn at a convention or event. This service is free of charge, you will only need to cover the shipping costs.
- After a ‘First Convention’ (or 1 year if no cons were attended) it will be a small cost for any repairs. This will be discussed on a case-by-case basis with the client.
- If you attempt to alter the suit yourself all warranty is voided and you will be liable for any costs that incur.Refunds- If you receive an item and are unhappy for any reason, we will offer a full refund after the item has been sent back to us and checked for damage. Any damage that has occurred out of our hands will be deducted from the refund on a case-by-case basis. Your suit will be altered and resold as a ‘Pre-made’. You will be liable for any extra shipping costs. I strongly advise buying insurance when shipping.
- The above refund is only available for 14 days after you have received the items.
- Please be aware that buyers’ remorse is not a valid reason for a refund, and we have the right to refuse in that case.
- If you wish to cancel your order before completion, the cost of materials and any work currently completed will be deducted from the refund.Misc- Progress on your suit will be made in line with the payment that has been received. For example, if you are still making payments when your turn in the queue has arrived, we will only do the equivalent amount of work that has been paid for at that time. If you have paid in full before your turn arrives, this does not apply and we will work with no interruptions.
- Clients have access to a private telegram group where updates and progress are posted so you are kept informed throughout the commission process. If you do not use telegram then the same updates can be sent directly to you on a platform of your choice if requested.
- Our dog has access to the work room, but never comes into direct contact with any materials we use. If you have severe allergies, please reconsider your purchase.
- All items will be clean and sanitised before shipping out.
FAQs
What are the basic features that come with one of our suits?
- Our heads are made from hand carved upholstery foam and have static jaws. They are fully lined and have a hollow muzzle for better airflow. Handpaws are half lined, feetpaws are fully lined slipper-style with rubber soles, and tails have a hidden internal belt loop. Bodysuits are all fully machine sewn with a minky cuff around the neck.How do i get a commission slot?
- You'll need to apply for a quote when we are open for new projects. We announce through social media when this happens, and usually respond within a week with a price. If you are happy with the price quoted you will be offered to be added to a shortlist of potential projects which we will then pick from.Why was my character rejected?
- Unfortunately we cannot accept every project submitted to us due to time constraints, but please don't be put off submitting again at the next opening. If we could make everyone's fursuit we would :)Do you accept payment plans?
- Yes! Although full payments are prioritised, we can accept short payment plans of 2-3 months on a case-by-case basis.How long will my commission take?
- It can vary due to the size of the commission, but once started, a mini partial can take less than a month, and a digi fullsuit can take up to 2 months.Will I get to see work-in-progress photos?
- Yes! We like to keep in regular contact during your project so you are involved throughout the build of your suit.What if i change my mind or need a refund?
- If you request a refund before your project is started we will issue a full refund, minus the cost of materials that have been purchased.
